We help businesses and organisations manage surplus, obsolete and end-of-life IT equipment.
Our approach is simple: assess what you’ve got, recover what has value, protect your data and responsibly deal with what is left.
Collection, Assessment & Sorting
We arrange collection of surplus and unwanted IT equipment from your premises, whether it’s a small quantity or a larger equipment clear-out.
Equipment is inspected and assessed according to its condition, functionality, age and potential for reuse or recovery.
Items are then sorted according to their most appropriate outcome.
Data Sanitisation
Where required, storage devices are securely sanitised using recognised data-erasure processes.
Asset and serial-number information can also be recorded as part of the process, with relevant documentation available to support your records.
Refurbishment & Resale
Equipment that still has useful life left in it is tested, refurbished and prepared for resale through the secondary IT market.
This gives usable technology a second life while allowing our clients to recover value from equipment they no longer need.
Responsible E-Waste Processing
Equipment that is no longer suitable for reuse is separated for responsible e-waste processing through appropriate specialist recycling services.
This means equipment is assessed on its individual merits rather than everything simply being treated as waste.
Documentation
Where required, we can provide an asset, data sanitisation and disposal Certificate to help clients maintain clear records of their IT equipment and its final outcome.
Our Approach
We don’t believe IT asset disposal needs to be complicated.
Look after the equipment.
Protect the data.
Recover what has value.
Responsibly recycle what doesn’t.
